Candy Cane Martini

ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1 tsp. peppermint schnapps
• 1 oz. Schweppes ® Club Soda

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Option: Garnish with a small candy cane or create a candy cane "rimmer" with crushed candy canes.

Caesar

ingredients:
• 6 oz. MOTT'S CLAMATO* JUICE
• 1.5 oz. vodka
celery salt to taste
Celery stalk
Lime wedge
pepper to taste
salt to taste
Dash TABASCO SAUCE ®
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Mixing instructions:
Rim a highball glass with lime (or lemon), celery salt, and salt Add vodka and juice to ice, and season with pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, and Tobasco. Stir, and then garnish with a celery stick.
Also known as the BLOODY CAESAR.

1/3 apricot brandy
2/3 vodka
apple juice

Shake together with ice and strain into a long glass with a slice of lemon over the ice.

Cablegram Cooler

1/2 shot lemon juice
1/2 shot grenadine
1/2 shot whisky
ginger ale

Place three ice cubes in a whisky glass mix liquor and lemon juice and top up with ginger ale.

Caipirinha

2 heaping teaspoons brown sugar
1 measure cachaca
1, cut into six segments lime(s)

Add the brown sugar to a traditional stout glass, then add the lime segments and crush them to squeeze the juice into the mixture, leaving the pieces in when finished. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and finally add the cachaca, one measure or to taste.

The trouble you go to for this cocktail is more than worth it, and in fact becomes part of the ritual of what is practically Brazil's national drink!

California Creamer

3 cubes Ice

Fill glass halfway with ice, add vodka then pineapple soda. Top off with whipped cream and a cherry.

4cl campari
2cl buttermilk
Ice

mix campari and ice, add buttermilk

Captain's Paradise

Mix one bottle of Arizona Green Tea with either Captain Morgan Origional Spiced Rum or Captain Morgain Parrot Bay Rum Add more rum to increase the strength

Carolina

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
3 measures gold tequila
1tsp grenadine
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 measure cream
1 egg (white)

Put ice into shaker, pour tequila, grenadine, vanilla and cream over ice and add egg white. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with cocktail cherry.

Variations: Grapeshot, Montezuma, Chapala, Pinata

Carry-on Clubber

1 part creme de bananes
1 part Butterscotch Schnapps
1 part Baileys Irish Cream

Layer into a shot glass. Banana liqueuer first, then the schnapps and baileys on top.

Cement Mixer

2 Shots Baileys Irish Cream
1 Shot lime cordial

1.Pour double Bailey's into a small glass or double shot glass 2.Pour Lime cordial into a shot glass 3.Pour Bailey's into mouth and swirl around, do not swallow! 4.Pour Lime cordial into mouth and swirl to mix with the Bailey's, swallow all.

César Ritz

6 measures gin
2 measures dry vermouth
1 measure cherry brandy
1 measure kirsch

Stirr over ice in a mixing glass.

Makes 3 glasses, but that's easier than trying to pour 1/3 of a measure!

Champagne Cocktail

1 glass champagne
2 dashes cognac
1 cube sugar
angostura bitters

saturate the sugar cube with angostura bitters add chilled champagne top with cognac decorate with orange slice and a cherry

Champagne Daisy

1 shot lemon juice
1/4 shots grenadine
1/2 shot brandy
champagne

Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and brandy then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled champagne and a ganish of red cherry and pineapple chunks.

Champagne Pick-me-up

1/2 shot brandy
1/2 shot dry vermouth
champagne

Shake brandy, vermouth and crushed ice together (3-4 ice cubes crushed) then pour into tumbler and top up with champagne.

Charmaine

25ml southern comfort
25ml apricot brandy
orange juice
pineapple juice

put southern comfort, apricot brandy and ice into shaker and strain into a frosted ice filled highball glass top with orange and pineapple juice,cherry to garnish.

1 part lime cordial
1 part Orange flavoured liqueur
1 part tequila

Shake and strain into a salt-rimmed glass.

Quick and easy - cheap and cheerful. Grand Marnier and Roses do the trick pretty well.

Cheeky Monkey

2/3 measure creme de cacao dark
2/3 measure Baileys Irish Cream
2/3 measure creme de bananes

pour creme de cacao into a tall shot glass, layer Baileys on top, and pour creme de bananes into baileys so it settles in between the two. Neck it in one mouthful

mix the WKD blue with the port and bingo just like vimto!!!

Invented at Henley Royal Regatta in order to 'get back on the horse' after a particulkarly heavy Friday, this drink proved itself well capable of refreshing the parts Pimms cannot reach.

Cherry Fix

1 shot brandy
2 shots lemon juice
1 shot kirsch

Fill a glass 1/3 full of crushed ice add lemon juice, kirsh and cherry brandy. Mix with spoon and garnish with lemon slice

Cherry Whisky Special

2 oz sprite
2 oz lime juice

cherry whisky 1 oz sprite 2 oz lime juice 2 oz In a short glass with a lot of ice pour cherry whisky. put equal parts sprite and lime juice.

Chi Chi

2 shots malibu
2 shots vodka
to taste pineapple juice

2 shots vodka 2 shots malibu then add the pineapple juice to taste

Choc Pop

1/2 shot creme de menthe (green)
1/2 shot Baileys Irish Cream

put creme de menthe in a shot glass and add baileys on top

taste just like a mint choc pop- only better! also nice in a glass with ice

Chocolate Cake

1 tot frangelico
dash on top vodka
1 tsp brown sugar

Fill a shot glass almost to the top with frangelico, fillup with a dash of vodka. Place 1 tsp of brown sugar in your hand. Put the sugar in your mouth and wait for it to start dissolving, when it does put the drink in your mouth and swish it around until it mixes with the melted sugar. Tastes exactly like chocolate cake! Some say have a slice of lemon afterwards for lemon meringue pie....

We worked this one out in South Africa, it's very yummy and is taking the world by storm!

First add the Grenadine then pour on the Pernod, then the Blue Curacao then slowly and gently poor the Baileys on top so it floats and should look like a minni guiness! then let it slided down your throat.

This cocktail tastes nice from the moment it hits youre taste buds. the Baileys gives it a creamy, tasty cocholate sensation then the Pernod has almost an 'ouch' like after taste!this baby will just make you go 'oooooo','aaaaaa' and 'mmmmm'

Basically, add the ingredients in the order above, in a pint glass with ice.

This is a cocktail devised in a local of mine, which was added to a list that was taken away on a very drunken lads holiday! Ahh Summer Fun!

Cinderella (non-alchoholic)

ingredients:
• 2 oz. Schweppes ® Club Soda
• 1 Dash grenadine

• 1 oz. orange juice
• 1 oz. pineapple juice

may be too sour for some people's taste substitute 6 Tbsp Pineapple juice for the lemon and lime for a sweeter taste.

Classic Cocktail

1 tsp caster sugar
4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
2 measures brandy
1/2 measure (clear Curacao) curacao
1/2 measure maraschino
1/2 measure lemon juice

Rub the rim of a chilled glass with the lemon wedge and then dip in sugar to frost. Put ice into shaker with the brandy, Curacao, Marachino and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into frosted glass and decorate with lemon twist.

Variations: Champagne Cocktail, Tequila Cocktail, Brandy Cocktail.

Cognac Pick-me-up

1 shot cognac
champagne

Shake Cognac and crushed ice together (3-4 ice cubes crushed) then pour into tumbler and top up with champagne.

Colonic Avenger

3 Bar spoons amaretto
Demera 1 heaped bar spoon sugar
Juice of half an orange orange
8 count (50ml) brandy
4 count (25ml) orange juice
dash of cinamon cinnamon
1 count (5-6ml) ginger ale

Into an Old fashioned add 1 heaped bar spoon of Demera sugar, 3barspoons of Amarreto and the rind of an Orange that should measure about 6" long. Muddle into a paste and add 25ml of freshly squeezed Orange Juice. Add 2 Ice cubes and stir for 4revolutions. Add a 2count(10-12ml) of Brandy (pref Gran reserver)and stir as would a Treacle or Old Fashioned. After 8-10stirs add 2 more ice cubes and 2 count of brandy. Stir for 10 more revolutions, add 2count of Brandy and stir. After another 10 revolutions add 25ml of smooth Orange juice. Stir for another 10 revolutions, add a small sprinkle of Cinnamon and about 5ml of Ginger Ale and stir untill all the ingrediants are mixed. Top with ice and Garnish with a flamed Orange peel.............TADAA!!

Boring Tuesdays are great for new Cocktails. Inspired by a Rum Treacle and a Godchild the drink should be very smooth and fresh on first quaff after all the burn has been stirred out of the brandy. Lovely:)

Colorado Plug

Ice
1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1 shot kahlua
club soda

Fill old-fahioned glass with ice. Pour in Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua. Top with club soda. Stir and serve.

Creamy and fizzy, a little like a root beer float.

about 6-8 oz. orange juice

Concrete Mixer

1 shot lime cordial
1 Shot Baileys Irish Cream

Start with each shot of lime cordial @ baileys in 2 separate shot glasses. First have the lime cordial shot. DO NOT SWALLOW!!. Shwish around in mouth for 5-10 seconds. Then still without swallowing, have the shot of baileys. Continue to swish both shots around in your mouth for about 10 - 15 seconds. You will then find out why it is called a concrete mixer!!!

Cosmopolitan

1 shot vodka
1/2 shot triple sec
1/2 shot cranberry juice
1/2 shot lime juice

Add ingredients to cocktail mixer, shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

Looks very sophisicated and tastes great.

Cough Syrup

1 shot orange juice
cherry tango
1 shot ribena
2 shots sambuca

Add the sambuca, orange juice and ribena together in a half pint glass, top up with the cherry tango.

It certainly gets rid of your cough!!!! lol, one to have in the cold winter nights!

Cranhammer

3 Oz mandarin vodka
3 Oz cranberry juice
2 Oz orange juice
1/2 Oz sweet & sour mix
fill glass Ice
wedge orange(s)

In a 16 oz glass fill with cubed ice, pour what I call a eight (8) count 3 oz of Absolut Mandarin vodka, 3 oz cranberry juice, 2 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz or a splash of sweet & sour, then a wedge of orange or lemon.

This drink is best made with the customer in front of you and your free pouring. With a eight (8) count of vodka,it often gets their attention. FuFu drink I don't think so. You drink three of these and your Hammered. Thing is, the LADIES drink these like water.

Crazy Cosmo

50ml vodka
50ml grand marnier
1 shot ouzo

half pint glass of ice, add 1 shot of ouzo, then grand marnier, then vodka, shake in shaker *shake shake shake* den pour - voila! off ur head :)

Crazy Frog

330ml bottle WKD Blue
330ml bottle reef orange
330ml bottle Smirnoff Ice

This makes 2 pint glasses of crazy frog. Half each of the bottles between the 2 pint glasses. Loads of ice, straw and drink! Magic summer drink!

This is our summer cocktail which we always drink at BBQs! Its cheap and tastey!

Crazy Frog

4 shots or more vodka
2 1/2 Cans red bull
1 Bottle WKD Red

Get a litre Jug add some ice add the Vodka then the WKD Red then fill with Red bull and some very funcky long straws

Crazy Vimto

330 ml bottle WKD Blue
50 ml measure port
Half pint of ice cubes Ice

Half fill pint glass with ice cubes. Pour in 330 ml bottle of WKD blue over ice and pour measure of port on top.

Crocodile

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
2 measures vodka
1 measure triple sec
1 measure mezcal
2 measures lemon juice

Shake all ingredients well. Pour into chilled glass.

Variations: Alligator, Melon Ball, Melon Balls, Melon State Balls.

Crystal Highball Soda

1 shot dry vermouth
1 shot orange juice
soda

Mix together with ice (except soda) pour into a tumbler and top up with soda.

Cuban Heel

1 shot of Bacardi 151
1 shot of malibu
top up with pineapple juice

into a long glass with ice ,pour 1 shot of Bacardi and 1 shot of Malibu then top up with pineapple juice.
